Trident wanted to sell their innovative products online using an ecommerce solution. Earlier attempts to use current ecommerce solutions proved unsuccessful in meeting their needs. Each product had features, benefits and support materials as well as product feature options all of which need to be searchable, feature filters and cross-referenced on the website. Additionally, they needed fixed tiered pricing across multiple customer groups. Integrations with various services were technically challenging.
MC finished developing their database of 1,600 products with variants and provided an ecommerce solution that would grow with Trident’s needs. Our ecommerce solution provided integration with payment and custom shipping requirements with future plans to provide more integration and changes to how products could be searched and filtered for customer ease.
